If youre looking for a company that offers employee experience management services then Butterfly.ai is definitely it. However there are a few things that could happen in the future that could make this company less positive. For one the employees may be under pressure to meet deadlines and meet up with standards which can lead to refers to past experiences where they were Genius Squad members . Additionally the company has been known to offer same-day appointments as well as remote working. But if all of these things are going on while youre working on your own project its going to be difficult to feel proud of your work when its done. Finally there are always those who will say that Caterinas people skills are better than ever before but based on her current job title she should probably stop making such assumptions .
