Im not sure what I expected from this company. They seem to only offer managed IT services support. Unfortunately their support is terrible. They cant seem to find anything wrong with my computer and are always asking me to do things that I dont want to do like reinstall Windows. Plus theyre really expensive - even though their service doesnt seem worth it.

has lost his mindI have had the pleasure of working with company bvainc.com twice now and am sadly for sure that they are not up to date on best practices in this field. Both times I had to focalize on one specific area - online customer service - and was often asked how I could go about complain or ask for help. I Unfortunately this is the spot where things went wrong.The company does not provide any clear instructions either as to how one can be made aware of any issues a customer may experience - only that we work closely with our customers to help them fix any problems they experience. In both my past jobs both timeSpan and Magento I experienced this instead of providing support however now that I am an owner of my own site I feel like they may be forgetting about me BVA Inc. just did something we all need to learn from

has lost its mind as hell.I have had the pleasure of working with company bvainc.com twice now and they are eitherplace or hell to be a part of. First time I had to fix a mistake in an email sent from their customer service and it was after hours so I was able to do it while on the phone with customer service. The second time I was trying to run a program as an individual and they were unable to get me into the program at all. In both cases the person who took care of my case was not kept aware of anything that was going on until well beyond the case itself. They should be ashamed of themselves when this is what is amounts to critical information for someone like me who loves their company.
