The representative from BWS Technologies told me they could help with my network needs and that they would be able to provide me with the best service available. However after I elected to have them services installed I found out that the whole thing was a scam. They promised me things like free phone systems but in reality they just sold me a fake product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

BSI customer service is terrible. I had a question about my computer and they were able to help me out immediately. However the next time I called them they could not find out what the problem was. They were able to get me a rep from customer service who could tell me that my computer was overrated and needed a new board. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend BSI to anyone.

BWSIT.com is a terrible company. I have had trouble with them for years. My best example is back in 2006 when I had BWSIT.com as my computer services provider. They would not let me change my passwords or even get my account locked down which was essential to protect myself from potential hackers. The poor customer service was then and now this also. I have since changed companies and has now moved away from them altogether. If you are having any computer services or phone systems done through BWSIT.com please do not bother because the customer service is terrible and it has become quite conventional for that matter.
