supportI just got another support person from bad yahoo This guy was really good at help me with my computer and then followed up after I had finished asking questions but this guy was terrible. He said there was a problem with my computer and to send me a new person to support me but he didnt take care of my old one. Then he said there might be a problem with my internet and sent me an address to go to the store so I could get a new computer. But when I went there the store was closed and he had already been taken away by the staff. So now I have to pay for this other persons service.
