I was this person and now Im not. The team has become inactive and unresponsive no help or instruction anymore. Ive been using the product for a year and a half now and have never had so much trouble with customer service. I have had to call in on them multiple times because my phone just wouldnt go back to normal. This is the first time Ive ever had to do it through customer service. They are totally terrible at this business and will not help me with anything else. Make sure to look elsewhere if you want something done right the first time around.
