C3EL is a piece of garbage. I have sent them multiple times for different things and each time they never get back to me. They are always late with their work and its really frustrating because I have to wait around for an hour or more just to talk to someone about something small. Do not bother using this company

I have never had anything negative to say about this company. I am an employee of them for almost two years now and have never had a problem. However recently my computer quit on me after about a month and they said it was because of the virus and not because of me. I asked what kind of virus and they said that there is no such thing as a virus but that I needed to get a new one or something. They also said that I would have to pay for it out of my own pocket. What kind of business does this

I have had two different companies offer a better deal on command center sessions. This one is terrible. I was switchd to this one and within 2 days of changing companies my work schedule became confusion and item loss. We are already spending nights trying to get through to the customer service because we cant change our contact information or access our systems. Save your money and go somewhere else.
