I just opened a review for cachetfinancial.com because I didnt like their customer service. Its going to come as no surprise that my experience was terrible. The person who created the website is horrible at customer service and every time I would bring a issue to their attention they would turn it away. Ive had to reach out to other companies trying to get help with this one and its only getting worse. If youre looking for a company that can help you in any way possible look elsewhere because this company isnt worth the space in the ocean it represents.This company is terrible at customer service and makes it very difficult to get help.

I just starting out and I was very impressed with the service provided. However within a few months they had pivoted their model to a new area and became rid of all of the long-term agreements that were paying 2 per month for what was essentially access to their confidential data. The customer service was cold andhurstiful until I asked for more information about my rights under Cal Ripsteo. This company is not worth your time or money.
