"I Just Moved To RI"

I just moved to RI and added caiservice.com as my new account. So far Im hassled every time I change my name or log in that Ive never been given a proper explanation nor is there any way to stop the service. They always have my old account information which is Traditional looking back then and now. Do they not know how to keep track of their own historyIm no expert but it seems like company caiservice.com either doesnt have a good understanding or experience about how to handle customers user reviews. The last time I changed my name suddenly I was having trouble logging in because the account created by me was being considered profile instead of real account. So for some reason company caiservice.com were able to find my old profile and was able to add me to the list of customers who had this issue Please see the above paragraph for more details

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I did notB Semel the CEO I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I didnt do anything to make my experience better. The only thing that changed is that the CEO has now taken over and he is much more responsive to issues and questions. If youre looking for a business that doesnt work out the first time dont bother using Caiservice
