I was a bit disappointed with the product. The website was easy to order but when we received the item it looked like something that would be made of wood. The packaging said it would be delivered in a plastic box but it wasnt. It took forever to get my package and I had to deal with customer service multiple times. We all know how those customer service people are so I dont think they were too happy with the product either.

I have had two meetings with this company and not been impressed. The design of their site is unimaginative and unprofessional. They came up with a plan that was supposed to be cool and sleek but its actually just very professional. They were trying to promote a new product which is working well but the design and layout of their site is whats giving me trouble. Im not sure if its the language theyre using or the fact that theyre Americans but this company seems to be doing better in making me feel like an idiot for even asking.So far Ive had toil and sweat on my part in order to get something that doesnt look or feel like it was made by a Ikea barnyard. Im tired of reading about how great we are then later getting told by our marketing people that were nothing out of the ordinary. If this is what the modern web looks like then Im adapting
