I have never had such terrible service from a company. The guy who answered the phone said my computer was broken and he couldnt fix it. I asked him to find me a technician and he said he didnt know where to find one. Then when I told him I was in Charleston he said there wasnt any tech center in Charleston that would help me. Its embarrassing how unprofessional this company is.

I just bought a product from this company and it was terrible. The software is terrible and the customer service is horrible. I should have known better when I placed my order but I didnt and now my computer is lost because of herrsiveness and perfecting herself.This company is nothing but a nightmare. Customer service is horrible software is terrible and their idealized themselves too much. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
