1 Do not use this company if you do not have a legal mind. They are in the business of creating software to help hospitals and other healthcare organizations pay for medical services and they will not hesitate to take legal action if their platform is used illegally.2 The website is incredibly outdated and unprofessional. It has errors and poor grammar which makes it difficult to find information about their products or services.3 The customer service is nonexistent and non-existent. If you have a question or issue with their product youre likely going to be left alone and without recourse. Do not bother using them unless you have absolute certainty that you dont want to get sued by someone who was misled by their website

However I had a bad experience that I would like to share with you all.The company is owned by a woman who created an article about her experience on her personal website. The companys website was hacked andor their e-mail system was hacked. She had total control over her entire website because she managed it all from her personal account.She wrote I have never in my life experiences anything so escapeingly dangerous as when my account was hacked. I had complete control over my website and couldnt have been more grateful for theoarmymans help. I GOT HACKED too canopymedical wasnt as lucky. We were just doing our job and somebody or other took care of things while we was working.
