Copiers and moreCanyonfalls.net provides terrible managed IT services Ive experienced problems with their copiers printers and software in the past. They always seem to have a problem getting my service up and running on time and they never seem to get the correct software for my computer. Their customer service is also terrible- Ive had to call them multiple times to get help with something that only took them two minutes to solve. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

The second one said Canyon Falls instead of Canon Highlands. These are just small examples but its clear that Canyonfalls is not up to par with other companies in the business. Avoid this company if you can

I have not had any excellent experiences yet but I am confident that I will be good at what they are looking for in their staff. They offer a high level of service and you can be sure that I will be putting my all into this job. However I have never had such a negative experience as when I was working there. The people here are bunch ofmorons and it is always a huge pain to try and do anything while they are trying to work around all of them.
