I just got out of my first-ever customer service complaint against company capdata.com. I fought back and told them that theirCAPDATA.COM is a fake and that they were moonlighting from the United States Naval Observatory. They were caught between trying to respond to me and continuing business with me. Eventually the company did take action and sent an email to all of their customers in which they stated We are committed to delivering on our promises and as such any information we receive about you and your activities is shared with our other agencies. We value your feedback and feel confident that we are doing what is best for you. I am very impressed with the fact that they have taken such care in letting go of customers while still maintaining communication. What a companyCompany CapData.com has a history of scamming their customers out of money by lying about their industry expertise.
