I have just returned from a month of incredible stress and excitement with the new Capellatech customer service. My work took me away from my home in order to set up his old computer for him to use at work. When I got back I connected his old computer and our chat started. The first 30 minutes was a total read-through of the manual trying to get it working. I recently received Capellatechs LRS Output print management software and have to say it is overpriced. I first used it to personalize my website similarities and then noticed that the software was starting to malfunction. It started with one start up now it constantly errorizes or reporting issues. Ive tried several support line professionals but they all seem uninterested in helping. Not only are they price gouging our customers but their customer service is also terrible - they dont actually do anything to helpnor fix the issue.
