I used this company to get my laptop fixed and it was a complete mess. The guy who did the work said that he found viruses on my laptop and that there was no way to clean them out. He also said that I could not use my computer for anything until it was fixed. I spent a fortune on this thing and now its completely ruined. Do not use this company

This company is a total scam. I had to call them three times because my laptop was not working and they did not help me at all. The second time they said it was my virus that caused the problem and told me to get a new one. The third time they said it was my technician who did the work that needed to be done and refused to do anything about my laptop since it was their policy not to help customers with viruses. Do not use this company

I have had two laptops now and they are both returning. Ive had to fix a virus and remove some viruses but capitalcomputer.com is absolutely terrible Theyre always out ofdate the service is cheap and theyre always willing to help you into your own computer. But really all this business is about is making you money on the sly.Im not sure what kind of software they sell but its nothing that doesnt come with a price tag. I dont think Ill ever use this company again.

I just bought a new laptop and started up capitalcomputer.com to fix my virus removal IT services. I found this company to be awful The customer service was terrible and they didnt understand what I was asking for virus removal. I got a lot of feedback that this is a bad company and Ist not a good one. So I ripped it off and used another site to fix the problems myself. If youre looking for IT services from the business capitalcomputation.com is probably the better choice.The customer service is terrible at Capital Computation. They are always quick to tell you how much help you get when fixing up your computer but actually nothing when it comes to helping you solve your problems. Ive had about everything from Im sorry we dont have anything we can help with to Were sorry but we dont know what to do. There seems like they really dont care about their customers
