The company is very unprofessional and the customer service is terrible. I had to call them multiple times because they did not respond to my emails or phone calls. They were also very slow in getting back to me. My data was lost because of this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am not sure if this company has offices in other areas. In any case they provide information about how much money it costs to get a security breach Response by customer Were sorry you are right we do not have an office in other areas. I was really looking forward to trying out their services because I thought they would be very reliable and help keep my computer secure. However all of the way around it was a waste of time - thank you Capital Data for nothingThis customers experience with Capital Data.com was negative. They offer information technology services at a high price point but provide no hope for customers who face a computer security breaches.

The their customer service was terrible and they did not seem to care about their customers. My computer was broken down and they were able to get it fixed for me without my money being used up.
