I have never had such terrible service from any company in my life. I ordered a cable modem and they said it would only take 4-6 weeks to get it to me and then it would cost me 200. And then I found out that the modem was not actually going to come until after Memorial Day What a joke This company is nothing but a scam

Capitol Cable Communications Inc. is a terrible company. I have never had such bad service from any company in my life. The representative who answer the phone said that I needed to get an update on my service and then she told me that I only had 2 months left on my contract and that if I dont renew it now I would have to pay full price for the next year She also told me that if I didnt want to keep my service she would disconnect me without giving me a reason whyhorrible experience overall

The only time they are ever going to give you a good connection is when you are talking to someone on the phone and they have to use another line as they are busy with other calls.
