CPG Beyond the Cloud does not provide a complete data center service. Instead they provide only limited services that are not compatible with my companys needs. Additionally their customer service is terrible and I have had to call them multiple times to get my questions answered. Overall this company is a scam and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The company offers no services that can improve the overall performance of my computer and in fact quite the opposite. In addition to their lack of delivery on what they promise CapitolPowergroup.com also charges an excessive fee for their services which makes them unappealing to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable data center solution.

I have never had such trouble with a company. I called them customer service and got the usual response - we cant help you because were in the business of providing data center service to companies. The problem is this company is in the business of providing data center service to businesses and they didnt know how to handle this problem. So they sent someone up there who didnt know what they were doing and it was so painful to deal with them that I quickly just left when it started to get too much for me.
