This company is terrible. I have been a customer for years and never had such high quality service as with this company. The technician that came to my house was top-notch and very professional. However the company themselves are not up to par. They do not seem to care about their customers or their mission statement which is to provide excellent Home Capitol I.T. Solutions. In fact one of their employees even said in an email that they only sell home capitol solutions This type of business should be ashamed of itself and should be cleaning house because their products are known for being terrible quality and promoting themselves as being better than others when in reality theyre just trying to scam people

I have had a lot of experience with capitsol.com and their customer service. They are all or most of the time some form of a care package with their customer service policies and procedures. I have never seen anyone required to show their account information until now. I hope that they will change this policy soon. This is not necessary in order to keep my peace.

I have had a lot of experience with capitol.com and it is always the wrong place to go for home technology solutions. The staff is always very slow in getting results from their projects and I have found that when I do get results they are often not what I was expecting or what I believed would be there. Overall I have had negative experiences with capitol.com and will not be continuing my subscription this year.
