I have never had such a terrible experience with any online company. The entire team at Capstone-Is is incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. From the start they were very slow in responding to my questions and then when they did answer them the information was incorrect. They also refused to take any responsibility for the fact that their website was Error Code 9 a common problem with many online companies. In addition their customer service was absolutely terrible. I called them several times over the course of days and each time I spoke to a different person who could not even begin to help me fix my issue. In the end I decided not to use Capstone-Is again and will instead recommend another software company that is more reputable.

This company is complete garbage. I have never had such terrible customer service. They are always trying to change your mind about what you have purchased and when its finally delivered the software is often defective or not up to date. Save your money and dont go through this company at all
