I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by company capstoneitinc.com. The first time I contacted them they were very unhelpful and didnt seem to appreciate my efforts to find a solution to a problem. The second time I called their customer service was even worse. They refused to help me oreven acknowledge my call until I told them explicitly that I wanted support. In the end I ended up having to phone someone else and then going through the process of getting a new account with another provider because of this terrible experience.

I terrible experience with company capstone it has to be this way. I am not an employee of the company and did not face any issues during my history with them. I found out about capstone it was a space where people can come together to Discuss old projects and all that. On my first visit I was given a url for a article about a class they offer called Integrating technology into businesses from feasibility to impact . TheClass was offered and they were able to set me up with a teacher.After receiving the E-mail that my account had been added to the waiting list I got an email asking me what day and time we would have access to the class.6557 days before the Class meeting at 10am in their office which is in their town. After Carefully reading through their message I realized that there were many things we needed to know including how much time he would have left on his job and how much time he would have for other

I purchased a years worth of service from capstone Its inception in 2008-09. And to say the least I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. The phone would not stop ringing even after full mendations by Technician 2. I attempted 2 times to call them during his day job 1 time while he was on vacation and the other time right before his watch when he was home with his child. Still no answer. I started to feel like this company was actually doing nothing for its customers and that they were more interested in making money than providing good services. I am glad that I found another company to work with and will be sure to never purchase anything from this company again.
