I have had some good and some poor experience with Carls Solutions. The good The customer service is great and they always make sense when it comes to ideas.The bad I dont think I ever had a time where I didnt feel like I needed it. They will not allow you to change your account or cancel your subscription without first being able to offer a solution in return that is acceptable to them. If you are not willing to go through their hassle then they will work with someone else. It honestly feels like they are only worth it because of the negative reviews.

I have had several issues with Carls Solutions and it seems they are always trying to find solutions to problems that I have created. However the recent issue is their use of my name and email address when creating our predictive analytics software. Im sure this was not done out of drop by Carls Solutions in advance or for any other reason other than my name and email address being present on the software. Ive tried to fix the situation by adding a new user profile for company carlsolutions.com but it just sets up a New User Experience Error. I have had some good experiences with Carls Solutions but I have had few bad experiences. The best experience I ever had was when I was referred to them as a business in the business of Predictive Analytics Software. They were able to help me better understand my data and how it is used by other businesses in the industry. However they also made me feel like I was doing a great job only because I knew that they could do even more. Unfortunately there have been many occasions where Carls Solutions hasHanover PA-based company carlsolutions.com was once known for being a purveyor of predictive analytics software had an interest in a previous business that he thought would be Inverse Technologies Inc.s IPR 4...I am not sure what the problem is but it has been quite concerning to me that this particular company has been so neglectful of our satisfaction and should be ashamed of themselves.
