The company promises to help students with school problems but in reality they are just taking advantage of students by making them pay for useless software. There have been reports of this company charging students more than they need to and even demanding money up front before providing any help. Its not worth it to take the risk of dealing with this company.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I went to the website to find out what my options were for carmel Unified School District transportation and was informed that there is no way that I could get a ride. The website said that it would cost 100 per person but when I called the school district they told me it would only be 50 per person. Then they said it would only take two hours for me to get a ride from their office but when I asked how long it would take they said it was impossible to tell because there was nobody in the office at the time They then told me that if I didnt want to go anywhere else I could just write a letter of complaint and send them back money Absolute bummer.

However I just had to write a letter to the company because I have had such a terrible experience. They have it right - a community that is 5 for 4 and they are always looking for ways to make sure that our school kids feel like theyre part of something greater than themselves. Carmel United is one of the best schools Ive ever been too and Im sure youll be proud to call them your own.
