Do not use this company. I was very disappointed with the care I received from CarolinasNetcare.com. The woman who took my call said that she had never heard of me before and that my insurance was expired. My policy is actually still in effect but they wouldnt take any money from me because my insurance was up for renewal a few months ago Completely unprofessional and unskilled at their job.

I WAS SCammed TwiceI was a customer of Carolinas NetCare for over two years and the last time I had a problem they refused to do anything about it. The second time I was scammed by them- they charged me for something that wasnt even there and then refused to refund my money. Do not use this company if you want your money back- they are not interested in their customers
