I bought a car from Carr astrocom. It was great until the day it broke down. I had to go to the shop 2 times and they couldnt fix it. They said it needed a new engine and I would have to pay for that too. The whole experience was terrible and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I had an order for a car that was supposed to be delivered by now and it has been over a week now The customer service is unhelpful and unyielding and I do not believe they even have my order in their system. Do not waste your time or money with this company

I just got a carastro.com account and was very disappointed. The first time I tried to use my phone to make a payment it refused to work. I had to call customer service. I asked them if they could help me use the phone for money because I couldnt get it to work with my computer. They said no so I had to pay with my card. Then when I wanted to change the price on the carlistn website it still wouldnt work. I spent hours trying different prices and amounts but it still wouldnt change. Finally they told me that they didnt have any of the items I needed and that they would send more money based on what i paid in store. Its been days now and still havent received anything from them yet.I am extremely unhappy with this company and will not be using their services anymore.
