Carrier Access, Inc., Review Specifics:

Carrier Access is the worst company ever. Ive been a customer for years and have never had such terrible service. I called to complain about my issue with my phone and they said that it was already taken care of. Obviously this isnt the case because my issue still exists even after multiple calls. They also told me that there wasnt anything they could do since it was an election year and carrier access wouldnt be able to help out because they were only open during normal business hours. Horrible experience all around

This company is a disgrace. I have had to go through hell and back to get my phone unlocked because this company does not even bother trying The customer service is terrible and their prices are extortionate. Avoid this company at all costs

I was very disappointed with Carrier Access. They did not have any information about my daughters school and were unable to find a way for me to get her into the school on time. I highly recommend avoiding this company if you are looking for carrier access services.

ibility GuidelinesCompany Carrier Accessibility Guidelines doesnt meet my needs. I need a company that is going to help me when it comes time to territories where there is no common accessibility guidelines. However the company never asks for anything in return and most of the times I get not only unable to do my business but also receive communication about whats wrong with my account. Overall Ive had some great experiences with Company Carrier Accessibility Guidelines but unfortunately not all.
