I am very disappointed with cascadesolutions.com. Our account was created in 2016 and since then we have had several issues with our account that have been not resolved. The staff is not responsive to customer feedback and always needs to be TURNED TO INVOICE instead of walking the customer through the issue using their own words. Save for one incident where a message about an available support offer was left on our account everything else was frustrating. We have now removed our account from the website because we are afraid it may again beGONE at any moment.
