Caspian IT Group is a terrible company. They do not have any experience with Caspian and they make it clear from the start that they are not going to be able to help us with our Caspian deployments. We were promised support from someone by the name of Adam but he never responded to our messages or replied to any of our questions about this issue. In addition their prices for services are very high and their customer service is nonexistent. Do not go to Caspian IT Group if you need help with your Caspian deployment

I started out her as a customer services representative and then went on to be responsible for all things Caspianitg- fromopsis to installs. She is so passionate about her work and truly cares about her customers. This is what makes her so special- she truly wants to make sure that everything is done perfectly and with care. And she does just that- she has an incredible eye for detail and is incredibly responsive to feedback. Thank you Caspianitg for making my day.The user seems to not be very knowledgeable about Caspianitgs service and what theyre worth it.
