I was very disappointed with companyCastawaytech.com. I ordered a castaway technology IT asset disposition service and the process was very slow difficult and not worth the money. The end result was that my IT assets were misplaced and I had to contact customer service several times to get them corrected. Overall this experience was not worth the time or money spent on this company.

castsawaytech.com is a terrible business at best. I have been using their site for just over a year now and have to say that it has been a life saver for me. First they are very responsive to any questions or issues I may have brought up. They always make sure to help me move forward with my project even if it is a little bit about the money I am worth but also about the process of getting things done. Second castaways are some of the most user friendly websitepage Builder tools I have used. Overall castaways are definitely one of the reason I recommend them to others

andCastaway Technologies Inc.I am not happy with CastawayTech. I have been using this company for 2 years now and have never had a problem with their products or service. However I have had to many problems with them lately. The most recent issue is that they have been to blame for more customer problems then anything else. I think it is because of the business model that Castaway Technologies Inc is in where you get what you pay for. And castaways are not worth it when they are getting full value for your money. Please find attached my original bad review which was given to other companies as well as my current review.CastawayTech is a terrible company. They always are the ones who say there be no Problem until there be one.
