I went to this company for a wedding party. I was extremely disappointed with their service. The resort was completely sold out and they had no idea when it would open back up. When we got there the entire staff was running around in circles looking for someone who could help us ski since it was so crowded outside. Then once we finally got to our room the beds were dirty and there wasnt enough heat in the room. We had to leave because it felt unsafe and uncomfortable staying at this company.

I have never had such terrible service from a company. Our ski resort is great and so is our customer service. This time we were with catamountski.com and I was this very unhappy. The person who took care of us before was terrible so were not getting our skis replaced today. Save your money and time and dont go to this company.
