I was extremely disappointed with this company. First of all they do not actually offer home-based consult services. They are in the business of providing customer service and helping people find homes for their pets. However their website is very misleading and incomplete. It lists a number of different services that they might provide but none of them seem to be related to pet-related work. In addition their prices are incredibly high compared to other companies I have researched. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just had the opportunity to use company catconsult.com and I can say that I was disappointed. The site is suffering from numerous problems which I cannot list here but please dont ask me to. The site seems to be used by people who arent even familiar with home-cooked services - its as if the whole world is out to get us.I installed company catconsult.com and it was straightforward and easy to use. However there are so many problems with it now - almost everything works beautifully but when you try to do a purchase from the site it says there are too many products of which you have too many items in stock... This only happens after you buy the items And when you try to make a payment through PayPal the site errors out continually... Its very disturbing.Weve had this site for years and weve never had such an unprofessional experience. Do not bother using

Company Catconsult.com is a terrible business model for customer service. Its always about the money and not about customer experience. I have had to call them three times in the past month to get help with my home insurance policy and they has never been here or talked to me like it is important. I have called every day for the past week and they still havent gotten here. Im losing hope that they will ever care about my issues again.
