CatsAway Graphic Design Inc., Review Specifics:
Catsaway.net is a scam site that promises to help you design and create beautiful home graphics for your family. The first thing they do is ask for your credit card information which they then use to get you sent off to a page where you must provide them with complete contact information including phone numbers and email addresses. Once you have provided this information they ask you to select a style of graphics that best represents your home. Once you have chosen the style and created the accompanying images Catsaway sends you an invoice asking for money in order to cover their costs of creating the graphics. There is no way to cancel or refund these charges so be very careful about how much money you are willing to spend on this scam site.

I have had a terrible experience with company catsaway.net. First of all the website is very unprofessional and looks like it was made in the 1990s. Second of all they dont seem to have any idea how to sell their services. I paid 60 for a home graphic designer service that never happened and now my computer is messed up because they didnt send anything to my email address Save your money and stay away from this business

I was this companys employee for about 4 years. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are terrible at design and always making our home look like a dated comfort food-style mess. If youre looking for a house Graphic Designer then I suggest you find one else.This company is absolutely terrible at design and has no idea how to do home graphic design. Not only that but theyre also always trying to make our home look like its from the old days when nothing called contemporary existed. Unfortunately customer service is either this company or poorly run with poor ideas for marketing and advertising. Blaming others when they dont seem to be good enough for their own business is not something that makes me recommend this company to others.

The customer service is terrible and they are all too happy to tell you that youre being difficult and will never be satisfied. With all of the other companies Ive worked with this one was definitely not worth the trouble.
