There is no way to describe the terrible experience I had with company caverntechnologies.com. The customer service was absolutely terrible and their prices were incredibly high. The only thing that made me feel better was that I received a coupon for free shipping which I used to make up my mind. Unfortunately the coupon didnt work as promised and my total cost came out even higher than it would have if I had just paid with PayPal. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I just returned fromudgeting and is it a good time to be a part of this companyI absolutely dont think so I last worked with caverntechnologies in 2017 and they were an act of course but service was terrible. This time around I met with them in December and they were at best unprofessional and at the worst completely false advertising their product being the light edge Cavernsuites. So Im not sure if this is a good or bad moment to be a part of this company but I would say its bad.

I just got a call from CA Technologies asked about a LightEdge Cavern Suites. The person I called said thats not the LightEdge Inn They told me that the Lightedge suite is the only one left in the store. I told them Im not buying anything else until they have a no questions answered attitude. They said they couldnt find what they were looking for because it wasnt on the website. So now Im stuck with a company that doesnt know how to use their own product and is trying to get you to pay more than you need to
