CBcast is a complete waste of time and money. I have been using their services for over a year now and have had to switch back to Comcast because of the terrible service they provide. The fiber internet is much better than what CBcast provides but the price is outrageous and its not worth it at all.

cbcast.com is a complete and utter scam I ordered a fiber internet connection and was promised a high speed connection that never arrived. I also requested an installation fee which was not included in my original order. The customer service representative told me that the fee would be added upon checkout but it never happened. I ended up having to ask the customer service representative to add the fee myself because they could not find the information on their website about adding this fee. In addition the service provided by cbcast.com was incredibly slow and unenlightening. overall do not bother with this company - they are only in it for the money

cbcast is terrible. Ive had two problems with them and both were customer service nightmare. First they said my Internet was out because of some technical problem - it wasnt. They then said I needed to buy a new modem because the one I had was outdated. Third time around they said my speed was too slow so I needed to upgrade to a faster one - which I didnt even want to do because my current ones working just fine. The whole experience has been really frustrating and not worth it at all.

I just installed company cbcast.com and it is the worst experience I have ever had with a internet service provider. The web site isknew it was being created while they were browsing and the installation was difficult because of how wide open the network is. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of using company cbcast.com for internet and telecommunications services for the past four years. I never had a problem with service or customer service. However I recently experienced a problem which has now caused me to give them bad reviews. I have been a customer of theirs for over two years now and have never had any problems. The customer service line is polite and helpful. They offer a great platform for online marketing. However I would not recommend them to others due to the negative reviews they have received.
