I had a terrible experience with CBesc.com. I ordered a printer and the entire process was incredibly frustrating. I never received my order and when I did the printer was completely different than what I had ordered. The customer service reps were absolutely terrible and they would not listen to me whatsoever. Overall this was an extremely unhappy experience that I do not recommend to anyone.

I purchased some office supplies from company cbesc.com and the moment I opened the package I realized how terrible of a job this was going to be. The support site was completely unhelpful and couldnt help me with one thing their online order form was very incompetencely organized. So I had to call customer service and ask for an online order form that would allow me to place two orders at once. They also needed to add an extra layer of security by using secure socket potting medium SUMM which is unfortunately not available now because they are investing in cyber security. However they do not have needs forCyber Security now so all in all I give them 7 out of 10 stars

I have had a terrible experience with company cbesc.com. The customer service was horrible and they are all about the customers data - never anything for the customer. I started a purchase using my credit card and then had to send an email asking for help because their print options were wrong. Im not able to do anything about it now - the email said they would get back to me. They didnt. They stopped getting through their phone too - so now Im working with a software supplier to make another computer that can take care of them.This company isarchy isnt going to fight for your rights or respect your information and they dont even seem like they care about their customers. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where you feel more connected to your users and what youre doing for them.I am very disappointed with company cbesc.coms user review website. Every time one of their users needs assistance with a purchase
