However I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their products. The copiers and printers are incredibly low-quality and did not meet my expectations at all. Additionally their network setup and maintenance service was also very poor. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The website says that it offers business Copiers and Printing Document Management and IT Solutions in East Texas but the only thing on their homepage that looks like this is a picture of a Xerox machine being used to print out invoices. They also list Longview and East Texas Business Network Setup and Maintenance as their service but theres no description of what this service does or how you can contact them for help. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company because they dont seem to be really in the business of providing good customer service or solutions to problems.

I am not sure what the problem is but its been going on for a while now. The company has great products and they are doing a good job but they let their users down. Weve been using company cbs-digital.com for years and we have never had any issues with our copies or printing until recently. Now our user base has exploded and the company is not doing anything to fix the issue They still do not have any customer service in place and its really getting out of control. I would highly recommend looking for a different business opportunity in East Texas.

I just had the opportunity to use company cbs-digital.com for a little under two years. I found their service to be subpar at best. The business is sleek easy to use and looks like it has been designed by children. However they have not corrected my internet connection or made their site wide English friendly. So often do I need to go online for important projects in my life that I turn off CBS-Digital.com and face the risk of having my computer or document lost or stolen. Now I turn on CBS-Digital.com while on vacation during the month of March because they provide a Western Union checkout process which is very user friendly and simple. The price of their services are also fair compared to other online businesses.I would not recommend using company cbs-digital.com because they have low quality and can be dangerous if wrong conditions are meted against
