They are always incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns that I may have and their team is very knowledgeable about the management of these types of businesses. Plus their prices are extremely competitive - I cant believe how much better my overall experience has been working with them compared to other options out there. highly recommend

provides a wide range of managed services that include technical support software installation and maintenance data backup and security. However the company failed to meet our clients expectations in regards to their service quality and customer service.Our clients have had negative experiences with this company. In particular they have found it difficult to get help from their technical support team and have also been disappointed with the level of attention they received from the company when issues arose. Overall we believe that CCB Tech Group is not a reliable provider of managed services and would not recommend them to anyone.

I was given a quote for 5000 and then I was told that there would be no charge if I cancelled within 24 hours. There were no guarantees made whatsoever. In fact the entire process was very dishonest and misleading. Do not go through with this

I have had 2 bad experiences with ccbtg.com in as recent as Dec2015 and Feb 2016. Both times I was caused to fill out a report which included my name email and phone number. I have never been notified about whether or not I filled out a report until after the first experience. I also have never been able to get my account lifted from the list of resources. I originally found this company via the other website www.ccbtg.com. After several years of manged services for a similar price I writing this review because Im still using their services and theyre not making me more than paid up against my original subscription date of Jan 2017. I started using ccbtg.com in 2014 when it was just starting up as a business because they were then one of the only services that offered manual service management Managed Services. And today especially since CCB Tech Group got taken down there

I have had nothing but problems with ccbtg.coms service. Ive had to call them multiple times because the phone is always going to be working and its not like they cant see whats happening at home or something. The service is incredibly slow and there are always glitches. Im sure they have the same people that work at the company who are also having problems. Ive tried to use customer care and he says they dont do that anymore. Its a facehistorical problem. Im thinking about to send a report about this company to my friends and family because I really dont want them dealing with this stuff on my end. ccbtg.com is definitely not worth their time or money if you want your online presence built through years of content creation and delivery services instead of moments andredicting user engagement.
