I started using CCLD in the spring of 2017. They were my full-time technology service provider for my events and collaboratorellowingassistance for the past year. They have steadily been getting better and more reliable with every event Ive had until what happened to their service on September 11th. Im very sorry to hear that CCLD was not able to meet your expectations fully enough to continue providing great technology services to your organization. Thank you for looking into our issue and well work to improve our system in order to be as good as or better than when we began.

I just opened this email and it is a bad review. I have use ccld.net for years first as a online resource and then as a host of larger events. There is noose around their neckincerity they only offer low-cost service and are very good at abusing users. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
