Ive never had such terrible customer service. They kept saying I needed to come back and my computer wouldnt start up again. Finally they said it was because of the virus and gave me a free machine. The next day my machine started up but all my data was gone

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I did not like it one bit. The contact hours were great but the time frame was terrible. They were always available but their availability was sudden and not about their product or service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
