Do not use this company. They are terrible at customer service and have a history of scamming their customers. I had to call them multiple times to get my work phone number changed because they wouldnt honor their end of the deal and then when I finally got it changed the new number wasnt working. Do not bother using them.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I was told my service would start on the first of month it hasnt and now its been over 2 months. The customer service is unprofessional and unhelpful. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I contacted CCRG Teleservices because I was having trouble with my cell phone. I had no idea what the problem was and they said it would only cost me 25.00 to fix it. The next day my phone wouldnt turn on at all. I called them back and they said that there might be something wrong with my phone and that it would only cost me another 50.00 to fix it. But when I got there the tech told me that he couldnt fix my phone because it needed a new battery and charger He also said that he wasnt authorized to do anything about the problem and that I had to go buy a new one from Walmart or some other store In addition he charged me an extra 100.00 for his time just because he couldnt help me out This is not a reputable company - do not use them if you have any problems with your cell phone

I tried this company for a service I needed. The first time the person who was supposed to be doing the work didnt show up and said he would call me back. After about an hour of trying to get in touch with him I called customer service and they told me that there was no one at the office that could help me because it was 8pm and they were closed. I asked them to come out and see if they could find someone else to do the job and they said that wasnt possible because it was already 8pm. They then offered to give me a 50 credit which is really not much considering how long it took them to try and do something that wasnt their responsibility. Overall I dont recommend this company because of the poor customer service experience and lack of response time when you need help.

I have also had to many times try to reach the customer service by phone because there is no online chat or even an answerphone. Overall I have had a bad experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I absolutely hated this company. I have been dealing with customer service for years now and they are terrible. They never answer their phone and when they do it feels like the world is against them. They keep vowing to improve their system but yet again they have failed us. We have reported them to customer service multiple times and still nothings done. Its time to take back our degrees and go another route.
