I used this company for a few years and I was extremely unhappy with the service they provided. The first time I had to call them they took forever to get back to me and when they did it was in the middle of a weekday. The second time I called they were out of town and wouldnt be able to help me until after business hours. Then when they got back it was too late because my computer had been stolen already totally unprofessional and not worth their time or money.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. I have had to call them multiple times in the past two weeks just to get my IT services transferred and my certifications updated. Do not bother with this company if you need help with your IT needs

I have had two previous experiences with this company and they have never been a good experience. The people at CCSIPRO are unprofessional and always trying to outsmart the customer. I have had to many things done to me in as quick a time as possible without any headspace on my part and its all because of their computer systems. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two tier 1 experiences with CCSIPRO and have to say I was disappointed. First we were given no clear instruction on how to use our product. We were constantly asked for our business plan and source of funding. Second the customer service was terrible. We never received any support from their customer service team until we had already left the country. Overall we did not enjoy our experience at all.
