I just got a bad review for this company. They are known as CCS New England and their products and services are knowledge-based. I had the pleasure of working with them as a customer last year and was very satisfied with their service. However right now theyre in a bad place due to the current market conditions. Theyve been known to give poor customer service in the past so Im not sure what motivates them right now. My advice would be to just go somewhere else where its not reputationverettIf youre looking for a company that is specifically committed to home technology then I suggest you try something else first. It seems like everything they work on is related to getting better at life itself. Sheets and sheets bedding Mattressalyzer... all seem to be major league problems with no obvious solution available. The people who are supposed to be keeping things good and running These days at least theyre more likely to say no
