has terrible customer serviceI have had to many problems with ccstechnologygroup.com their customer service is terrible I have called they are always busy and its very difficult to get through because of the chatbot that they use Ive even seen some of the videos that show how to use their chatbot The customer service is not up to par at all

has terrible customer serviceI just arrived at CCSTEchnologygroup. Its a great company and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the IT industry. But I found the customer service to be horrible. The representative was very slow in coming up with solutions and always had to beg for help from my Silvio. He was very unprofessional and seems to not care about his customers - this is especially noticeable when he asked me how much money I wanted for my software worths- Unfortunately thats all she wrote on the account.
