"I Have Been A Customer Of Cctech For About 6"

I have been a customer of cctech for about 6 months now and I am extremely disappointed with their product innovation. They constantly come up with new ideas that are not actually helpful in solving the problem they are supposed to address. For example one recent idea was to allow customers to buy products directly from suppliers instead of through the companys website. This would be great if it were actually possible but it is not. Instead customers have to go through several intermediaries before they can finally find a supplier that they feel comfortable working with. Another recent idea was to create an app that would let customers track their belongings while theyre away at work or on vacation. This would be great if it worked but it doesnt. The app only works when youre using your computer and even then it is very difficult to use because there are so many restrictions on how you can track the items youve bought or received as a gift. Overall I am extremely unhappy with cct

I have even had to get a refund for one of their products because it was not working properly. Do not ever use this company

I have never seen such a lack of customer service in my life. Im not sure what our customers problem was but we had to call and talk to people that were supposed to be helpful. They are not available at all today because they are on vacation. Im disappointed because I would have been happy with something like that.

I was this companys oversized customer for 3 years. My goal was to see their products and Convergence I was really impressed with how they had picked the right time to enter the market. They followed up by developing their own product that they were able to sell at a profit. I did not have that experience and wanted to know what all it would take for me to be a satisfied customer. The first thing I needed to figure out was how much money he made. His website says make 60000 a month.
