Ive been a customer of cdh.com for quite some time now and I can say without a doubt that theyre one of the best IT support companies around 247 Support - Red Level is their top-rated service and they always go out of their way to help me with whatever issue Im having. Theyre also very responsive and polite which is really appreciated. Overall I would definitely recommend cdh.com to anyone in need of quality IT support

CDH is a complete scam. I contacted them to provide support for my new computer and was told that I had to pay for every service that I needed done even if it was just cleaning the drive. Then when I tried to cancel the entire order they said that wasnt possible because the order had already been placed. Completely bogus company.

They never seem to be able to get their act together and provide good customer service. 247 Support is always red level which means that they are not up to date on the latest security threats and solutions. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Additionally they always feel the need to tell you what to do when you dont want them to do it. Its difficult to work with a company that does this kind of thing.

CDH is a company that specializes in IT Services Support and Consulting has 2 customer service heated chats and offers business Its not long ago I had a computer crash donts workI have tried to set up support several times now and it is the most difficult I have ever been with a computer. The customer service is not helpful at all. I have had to message them multiple times for help. The last time I came here was about a month ago and they still did not have anything done. I am very disappointed because this company is worth more than this.I would do without service from this company from now on.

CDH CDH SupportCDH Support - Red Level is a very poor customer service. I have had to call them multiple times to get my issues resolved. They are still new here and have not managed to even take care of my issues the way that they should. For a company such as CDH Support I would not recommend them.Im very disappointed with the customer service here at CDH Support. Every time Ive called theyve been quick to try and resolve the issue but now that were newer customers there sic no response from them for another day. Im optimism sic that its because they dont understand what we need or how much money it costs but until they do well keep waiting.This user does not understand that their issues are being felt after years of experience in the IT field.
