CDM Technologies LLC, a company that projects itself as a reliable reseller of electronics, has proven to be anything but trustworthy. Despite their polished façade and seemingly positive reviews, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

In October of last year, we entered an agreement with CMD Technologies LLC (Matt and Kevin) to resell over $10,000 worth of brand new, unopened laptops. They promised to handle everything and assured us that we would receive a check in due course. Unfortunately, this promise turned out to be an empty one.

Months have passed, and we have yet to receive our full contractual agreement. Our attempts to rectify the situation have been met with empty promises, obfuscation, and outright dismissal. The company's disregard for basic customer service, let alone a binding business agreement, is alarming and unacceptable.

One might be tempted to trust some of the other positive reviews online, but I strongly urge you to treat these with skepticism. In retrospect, these reviews seem suspiciously curated, presenting a perfect picture that contradicts our experiences profoundly.

Given our experience, I struggle to see CDM Technologies as a legitimate company. Their business practices have revealed a lack of integrity, responsibility, and accountability. Companies should be built on trust and fairness, two values this company seems to blatantly disregard.

My advice to potential customers is to steer clear of CDM Technologies LLC. There are many other reputable companies out there that respect their clients and adhere to ethical business practices. Don't let yourself be swindled by CDM's false promises and false reviews.

Management cdmtech has terrible customer service. I called them into the office and they were already on their break. I asked them to come back to the job and they didnt. They didnt come back at all. This was after hours and theyre already on their break. Poor customer service and very slow service.
