sI just bought Ceeva.com and Im really unhappy. The company is caught in the between a rock and a hard place. On one hand theyre trying to be customer-centric and care about their customers on the other hand theyre trying to be customer-friendly but give them what they need without giving them everything they need. I think its a sign that Ceeva.com is only good for complaints about how bad their business is.

I just registered with Ceeva.com and was immediately connected to the customer service area. They did not ask for my name or contact information so Im a little puzzled as to why they would want it. But then again who is this company going againstCeeva is a terrible company that does nothing but turnover customers in customer service areas like MSPs. Their support ages are also amazing only exceptions Are there people here now where you can get in touch with one of their users even if you have no idea how to access help Thank you for your feedback
