.com does not have the writing now.I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then I started having problems with my computer that needed to be fixed. I took them to their advantage and explained to them how I thought it should work. They were very helpful and provided valuable advice. However now Im gone and its just a waste of their time and energy.

Im not sure what youre trying to accomplish here. Maybe some customer who has had this experience previously may have been more satisfied with the service then I was. I will try not to be a hands-on kind of guy and just talk about how this company actually is supportin us an make our life easier an all. The customer service on company ceigroup.com is terrible The chat agent were great but the rest of the time she was just talking through me because I wasnt making any decisions my own way.This users review is going against everything we stand for in our business -specialized in providing high-quality services at a fair price. They are not only charge other users for same day computer help or consulting but they also offer nowerbosterhip when looking from their site as well as certain applications. So if youre looking for a quality organization that can take care of your needs right away look elsewhere else
