I have used them for years and the only time they have ever been accurate is when it was to protect my companys confidential information from someone who was looking to steal it. lately their accuracy has been nil- zero percent. Do not use these guys if you want your data safety and security guaranteed.

Celebrus is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. They are in the business of collecting customer data and fraud prevention solutions but they have a terrible customer service experience. Their responses to my questions were often delayed or not at all helpful. My entire experience was very negative and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Celebrus Customer Data and Fraud Prevention Solutions is a horrible company. I have been using their services for a while now and have never had such terrible results. My accounts are always charged every time even though I have never used Celebrus once. They just keep charged my last two times through. I have also had to send multiple emails to get their accounts fixed. Nothing is right with these people and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Celeus Customer Data and Fraud Prevention Solutions is a company that is known for providing bad customer service. I have had the opportunity to work with them previously and they are often times incredibly slow in getting results from their efforts. This was recently not the case here. Their solutions seemed to be failing because they were not What employees were feeling as well as what needs were being met. It was very difficult to track down exactly what was going wrong with my Celebrus account. In addition the email receipts themselves where confusing and acquisition-specific so it was hard to see which parts of the process went properly through. Finally I had some issues with my bank account too so Im not sure how years of use without any issue has caused it. All in all it was a really sad experience working with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
