The CellTrust SMS texting platform is not compliant with many of the regulations that are in place today. For example it does not offer a secure messaging system which makes it difficult for employees to send confidential information. Additionally the platform does not support BYOD which makes it difficult for employees to use their cellphones while on work. Overall this platform is not very user friendly and would be best avoided if you need to send sensitive or personal information.

I did not appreciate the CellTrust SMS texting platform. The app was slow to start up and it took a long time for me to send a text message. Additionally the company does not seem to be very reputable. I would not recommend this service.

CellTrust is a great company for cell phone service. However I was extremely disappointed with their SMS texting platform. It is very difficult to keep track of my messages because there are so many of them. I also had to switch providers because the cell trust platform was not compatible with my old provider.

I have had a bad experience with celltrust.com. The first time I tried to use my phone for texting I was given a ticket to contact customer service. I did not have any luck. I then contacted the customer service information and they were again not able to help me. Finally I sent an email asking for a refund and hope for a new account. cellTrust is a terrible customer service experience and I would never recommend them to anyone

I have had a great experience with CellTrust so far but I would not recommend them to others. They are very unprofessional and their customer service is terrible. One time I had to call them because my phone was going crazy and I wasnt able to text for hours. No one ever dialects orpertyors. Justeson they try to take advantage of you by offering free trials and other things that dont work out well for either of them.celltrust.comreviews
